Ics not attached to some emails

From this code

$available = apply_filters( 'woocommerce_appointments_emails_ics', array( 'appointment_confirmed', 'appointment_reminder', 'new_appointment' ) );

it's visible that the .ics should be attached to 3 emails but it's only attached to the Reminder email.

I see it was missing for admin notification, but it should still work on confirmation emails without issues. Fixed with 4.3.4.
