Better documentation of Availability rules

In general, the priority of the different availability settings (general, per product and staff) isn’t clear plus with the effect of gCal slot blocks it makes it very confusing. If I may, I think that if you create some video tutorials it will help a lot and will surely save you support efforts.

What would be ideal: * to have the priority of rules explained: default & custom, global, product, staff, gCal global, gCal staff * to have a couple of examples of rules for specific cases with screenshots and the outcome
