Add note to settings for Appointment Confirmed email

Lately, people have been asking the same questions regarding why is the Appointment Confirmed email not going out (when using standard payment options).
It's not very clear that this email only gets sent out if the payment method is the fictitious 'requires confirmation'. Could we add a note on the Email in the settings?
