Emails and SMS not going out when Appointment added in Dashboard

I was able to reproduce it by adding a new appointment with a new order.

Order emails won't be sent by default as they can be optionally sent after the appointment is scheduled - top right corner: Order actions.
Reminders will now be sent after the appointment is added in admin.

This is on purpose, but I'll additional checkbox that will allow sending notifications to customer, when appointment/order is added in admin.
