gCal recurring events not working ok when deleting events

Can be reproduced by adding a new recurring gCal event with no end time. After the snyc, go to the gCal and delete the recurring event from a future date and choose to do it for future events as well.

In my case, I have deleted the recurring event (Repeating monthly on the 4th Wednesday of the month, starting from 2019-04-24 8:00 AM) from the 19.06.2019 and for future events. And in WP, the rule says: Repeating monthly on the 4th Wednesday of the month, starting from 2019-04-24 8:00 AM, until 2019-06-25 9:59 PM
