Separate gCal and WP rules in 2 tables

Currently, the rules are just kind of in random order, as you can see in the example screenshot. The normal rule for Monday is right in the middle of a bunch of Google Calendar rules. The same is true for any normal rules, they've spread around in the middle of everything else and can be difficult to find when the Staff member has a lot of rules.

I think separating them into two sections, one for standard rules and another for Gcal rules would make things easier to see and work with.
