Can't filter appointments by future dates (only past months)

In the Dashboard → All Appointments, when selecting to filter by dates, there is no option to see future months, only past.

It is confusingly named. The month filter there applies to the month, when appointments were made and not the month, when appointment is scheduled. This are needs more work and perhaps a better filter.

Perhaps we can keep this Date filter but rename it to ‘Date created’ or similar. And add a new filter to filter by the ‘When’ row.
