Attch .ics to Customer order emails

The option for the customer to get the .ics with the order complete email. The reminder email may be too late to include the .ics. I, as a customer, would prefer to get it straight away.

If too hard to include it in the order email, would you consider creating a new email that is snet to the customer after order complete (with the .ics)?

.ics files will be attached with all customer emails, where order has been paid for or payment method is Cash on Delivery.
