Multiple appointments with add-ons in 1 order add add-on options prom prev appointments

Reproduced in 4.5.14:

1. Add 2+ appointments with add-on selections to cart and checkout the order.
2. All 3 appointments sync to gCal as expected.
3. The first appointment only has its own add-on data.
4. The second appointment has it’s own data and that from the first appointment.
5. The third appointment has it’s own data and that from the first and second appointment.
