Overbookings with specific general rules

Check this product. The staff 'WP gcal' has a gCal rule for 26-08-2019 from 12pm to 13pm and fro 27-08-2019 at the same time. But he is bookable at both days at 11:45 am.
The product settings are:
- duration 90 min
- interval 15 mmin
- padding 15min
If you change duration to hours instead of minutes it works ok.
