Lead time hours not working ok - adds 1 hour too much

Tested on 4.5.14. Example:

Duration and interval 1 hour. Availability 01:00-23:00

Lead time 1h: At 16:16 it shows 19:00 as first slow, while it should be 18h (16:16 + 1 = 17:06)

Lead time 2h: At 16:16 it shows 20:00 as first slow, while it should be 19h (16:16 + 2 = 18:06)
