This is intentional. WPML duplicates every product and our queries don’t account for duplicates, when getting staff products. Staff can still assign/remove themselves with products through product edit screen.

Section won't be visible when WPML is activated. Also because lots of logic happens during staff addition/removal for the product. This logic is processed on the product edit screen.
