Send email to customer and staff after manually editing the appointment

When we “Edit Appointment” and reschedule time/date, no communication email is going to customer or staff member but Calendar entries are being created for admin and staff. Staff and customer would never know the appointment was been rescheduled.

Added with 4.9.11. A note will be sent to customer, when appointment start date, staff , product or quantity changes. Status changes and everything else is already handled with other email notifications.
