Remove WordPress/ WooCommerce Footer on calendar page

The footer "If you like WooCommerce please leave …" and WordPress version information occupies 60px of critical space. I think it should be removed.

Calendar should take as much space as possible.

I already removed it once, but it the changes didn’t make it to a release.

    Your previous commit wasn't included in core because it introduces double scrolling (scroll inside a scroll), which is not ok. Default WordPress admin scrolling should be respected - only one scroll is permitted per screen.
