Timezone change should switch to the same slot that was selected before

A client suggested that when a user selects a slot on 07.01.2020 at 22:00 UTC (where availability is from 20:00 to 23:00) and then switches the timezone to UTC+4 that it should select the slot on 08.01.2020 at 02:00.
Right now it selects the 07.01.2020 at 00:00.

We won't be adding this since site's time zone is the default and all site defined dates/times don't have time zones individually. This makes it easier to manipulate time zones for staff and customers. External services like Google Calendar also work this way and it would very complicate it with syncing.
