Order with free and paying product should set the free appointment as 'paid'

When a free appointment is in its own order, the status is set as ‘paid’. But when the order contains another product that requires payment, the free appointment will have the status ‘unpaid’. Ideally, it should have the ‘paid’ status no matter whether the order has been paid or not since it’s a free product.

Added with 4.8.19. Free appointments will be marked as Confirmed instead of Unpaid.
