Free appointment made from admin panel has status 'unpaid'

It should not be ‘unpaid’ but ‘paid’ since the order only contains one product - a FREE appointment.

When booking that same appointment from the frontend, the appointment is marked as ‘paid’ - works ok.

Fixed with 4.8.19. Free appointments added in admin will have status set as Confirmed.
