Woocommerce store: one calendar for all products

Issue #643 wontfix

Hello,

I have a woocommerce store and I have implemented the plugin. It works great. I'm in the repair of iPhones on the go (home intervention). I wish, for all products, to have a single calendar for the whole platform / all products. Today it works like this.

Example:

  • Client A reserves the 10 am time slot on 3/24/2020 for product X,
  • Client B reserves the 10 am time slot on 3/24/2020 for product Y.

What I want:

  • Client A reserves the 10.00 am slot on 03/24/2020 for X product,
  • Client B CANNOT book the 10:00 am slot on 3/24/2020 BECAUSE it is already taken by client A EVEN if they want product Y.

How to do? This request is essential for my business.

I have a second request. Customers have the choice of paying locally or online (CB or paypal). When the customer chooses “CB”, he arrives at the payment page. If the customer leaves without paying at that time, the order is still established "awaiting payment". Except that, the information nevertheless transmitted to Google calendar and the SMS (plugin Woocommerce Twilio) / confirmation email are sent. How to block the sending of SMS and above all, how not to send the information to gCal.

Thank you in advance for your time and experience.

I found for the first question. “If you are not using staff members, one way would be to create one and connect the other calendar to it, and then assign that staff member to all products. But that means that availability would be shared among all products. So, when product A is reserved at 9 am tomorrow, all other products with the same staff become unavailable for this same period.”
