weird gCal issue

The website has no global rules (not WP or gCal).

One product with duration of 50 minutes and an interval of 1 hour has 3 staff members. They have 1 rule set in WP as available every day and many (mostly repeating) events from gCal.

Checking for staff Katy on 12.05.2020 (Tuesday) it shows two slots (2:30 pm and 5:00 pm):

But in her synced rules we can see that she is not available for any of those slots:

    We usually advise customers to set intervals to be less than duration to avoid issues like this one. In this case, advise customer to set interval to 30 minutes and all should work fine. Another option is to set both, duration and interval to 1 hour, with padding set to 10 minutes.

    1.) I'm testing everything on this particular product:

    I changed interval to 30min.
    I disconnected and connected staff calendar again.
    I manually synced staff calendar.
    I cleared the cache
    You plugin has been updated.

    Wrong availability is still showing on staff calendar, see example attached.

    2.) I’ve added an entry to staff calendar “Testing” for 1hr slot on 1st June at 5pm BST but it’s still showing as available on product page e.g.automatic staff calendar syncing is still not working.

    You have FTP and backend access and stuff calendar access, please log in and feel free to test yourself by adding “TESTING” entries and check what’s not working.

    Our staff availability is constantly changing after we stop some recurring classes, or add new ones. In theory, availability that is shown on the product page, should be identical to staff google calendar.

    Please advise on next steps as soon as possible thank you
