Problem with Admin Calendar Day View

It is still May 16th at 9:41PM in the EST time zone in the US. When we go to our calendar page in ADMIN it has already switched to May 17th.

It appears to be using universal time, not the time set in WordPress or on our server.

I have attached a screenshot.

We are open for business until 11:30pm. It is not very tie efficient to keep switching the calendar back a day.

I have tested on my test site by changing the timezone in WP and my machine, but can’t reproduce it.
