Rescheduling doesn't apply changes to synced gCal event and no email is sent

Tested with an unpaid and paid order.
The gCal event was only synced if some other change occurred (like changing the status of the order).

Fixed with 4.9.10

reporter gCal sync has been fixed but there is still no email being sent to anyone regarding the rescheduling. I’m opening a new ticket for that.
