Appointment cancellation email template subject text.

Bizzy,

It seems the default email template subject text settings include unnecessary brackets and parentheses which prevent WordPress / Woocommerce from replacing the shortcodes.

It's currently [{site_title}] Cancelled order ({order_number}) but should be {site_title} Cancelled order {order_number}.

Let me know if 1.8.4 fixes this. It works on my end without issues.
