Add an option to treat admin as staff

Instead of using a code snippet or installing a third-party plugin to add multiple roles to admin, it would be great if there would be a checkbox in Appointments settings to treat admin as staff (have both roles).

Due to conflict of user roles that might lead to WP not working correctly, this won't be added. When admin wants to act as staff, there is no need to assign themselves to the product since they already receive all emails as staff does and have even better access to all the appointment functionality in admin.
