Hey!
The order status updates every time an appointment is edited, even if only something like date/ time was changed. We use follow-up Emails and have set up a few mailing rules that trigger once the order or appointment status changed, but of course we don’t want to spam customers with unnecessary emails…
Another bad side effect: multiple order notes (same content) are created when updating an appointment.

Same status notes won't be added any more with next plugin update.
