free appointments that require confirmiration should not ask the client to pay for them - PayPal throws an error

Issue #746 resolved
Valentina R created an issue

When a free appointment uses the ‘require confirmation’, the email of the confirmation sent to the customer includes a link to pay for the appointment. If the customer clicks the link, it opens the checkout page. Here, if the customer selects PayPal, they get an error.

For free products, it would be better to not include the link in the email and to also mark it as paid instead of confirmed.
