Customer selected Timezone not working ok in v4.9.10

To reproduce check the link in this user’s reply. Store Timezone is New York, the rules are:
Try to check in Paris Time, there are no slots available.
19:00 Monday NY time is 01:00 Tuesday Paris time, but Tuesday is not available.

Still not working ok on 4.14.1. Another report and can be tested here (Melbourne is store timezone, New York should have different available days but doesn’t).
Any progress on this? It’s a critical bug.
