Memcache not working with SG Optimizer

I think this should be considered high priority as memcached is a must have.

Tested with the SiteGround hosting and SG Optimizer and could not replicate the issue. Memcache enabled and tested pretty much all possible scenarios. If you’re still experiencing this issue please send the WP+FTP logins for this site to [e-mail] and let us know how to replicate the error.

Will reopen if customer provides WP+FTP logins and we're able to recreate the issue. Tested ourselves on SiteGround hosting with Memcache active and in no scenario could recreate the error. Tested on version 4.11.2.
