Update gCal integration tutorial

The tutorial is outdated. The steps and also some settings/names have been changed by Google. For example, there is no ‘Public’ option anymore but there is ‘External’ and ‘Internal’. Some people can’t set up the integration because of this or it doesn’t work correctly.

Can this be updated? People keep having trouble setting up the sync all the time.

One important change: The Calendar ID needs to be selected in the main gCal settings otherwise staff calendars don’t work ok. Many users have had these issues.
