Add a tutorial that explain when and to who each email is sent

Many customers don’t know when the ‘appointment confirmed’ email is sent. Many people confirm already paid or unpaid appointments even though they don’t require confirming.

Please add this to the Tooltip of the “Appointment Confirmed” email in Admin:
This email is only used with the “Check availability” option that requires manual confirmation.
And please add a documentation page with emails - when each is sent.
