Slots that should be available are not

The client has 3 staff (manually assigned), global gCal rules, and staff WP&gCal rules. On 23.10., for staff Ermelo, there should be slots also from 13:30 until 15:00 but there are not.

I checked every single rule one by one and there is no rule that would affect those slots. There are also no Appointments for that staff on that day (not even in the cart).

Out of 3 staff in this shop, only this same staff has issues that his Calendar keeps disconnecting every 7-10 days. It might be related somehow?
