Add compatibility for Measurement Price Calculator plugin

Reported here with Skyverge’s findings:

.. the total price updates accurately upon each dimension change, as does the quantity. We can’t control other plugins on the page. What looks to be happening is that the Product Add-Ons plugin isn’t listening to each quantity adjustment or total price adjustment. They do listen to these adjustments if the quantity input field is manually adjusted, though they should listen for programmatic adjustments too such as choosing a different variation or in your case, when our plugin updates the quantity or price.
