Recurring events with end time work ok but shows weird 'end on 9:59'

Check the attached image. No matter what is the time of the event, it says that the last occurrence ends at 9:59PM. Although in the system it works ok - blocks out the right time. But it’s confusing for customer and has been reported as a bug. Reported here.
