Change the timezone Region for Canadian cties to North America

In the timezone picker, for example, Toronto should belong to ‘North America’.

    As you can see also in the screenshot, there is Toronto in the USA and in Canada. That’s why it’s confusing for Canadians to see ‘America’ next to it.
