7am - 8am is staff A

5pm-6pm is staff B

how to setting like while customer choose 5pm-6pm, system will auto assigned staff B

    Use availability on staff level instead on the product/global level. Make staff A only available at 7-8am and staff B at 5-6pm. Then select the 'automatically assigned'.
