Code snippet to not shre availability for staff between products

Having 2 products and one staff assigned to both of them. Be able to book both products at the same time. So, the same as if staff was not assigned. Is this possible?

The client needs this because of gCal sync for staff and because he has many staff on his site, different products and all can be book only once.
