add-on-fields available in Follow Up Email extension

Hi,

It would be great if the appointments add-on fields were available in the Follow Up Emails extension.

Btw, some currently supported fields seem not to work. I put all {variables} from the Appointment type in the email and a lot of the fields were empty. Also fields that I would expect to be filled. Maybe have a look at that as well?
