Option to book past appointments

We sell dance classes, and sometime we get walk-in clients in the studio just before class starting, and allow them to participate. But we’d like to use the website for them to pay the class after they attended it. So we need to allow purchasing an appointment X hours after the end time. Do you have a solution/tip to achieve this?

Is it possible to achieve this with a code snippet? If not, is it something worth adding to the plugin? Requested here.
