Add Reason for cancellation in the Cancellation email

Can you make a field that the staff(or the company) leaves message to the customer in the cancellation mail, Why the staff had to cancel this appointment. We want to make customers understand situation more clearly.
I attached a screenshot. I hope there is a textarea box in that page, so we enter message there, it is attached to cancellation mail.
