Staff shoud be able to edit only his orders

Staff should not be able to edit orders from others. They should only be able to edit orders they are assigned to. This way they can use the “Notes” feature in the edit-order admin screen.
Another option is to implement notes on the appointment level instead of order.
Requested here and a couple of times before.

will it be implemented? If not, how can the staff communicate with their customers quickly? They have access to their email but this way they need to copy-paste all the appointment data instead of using a template that includes all of it.
