gCal 2-way-sync off for 1 hour when editing in gCal

To reproduce, create an appointment that syncs to gCal. In gCal, change the start TIME of the appointment and in WP it will sync with an hour of difference. Instead of 7am, it will sync as 6am. Tested using Ljubljana Timezone in WP & gCal, 2-way global sync.
