gCal connection on staging should be easy to disable

I went thought the Google Calendar Integration, complicated, but it is working fine.
I have the working site functioning ok, the calendar in WC Appointments are in sync with Google (and with Apple calendar, btw).

I copied the database to my local developing install.

Here is the problem: both sites stay connected to the same Google account, I need to disconnect the local one, so I can develop freely, create and delete appointments, among other things.

I disconnected the local user, but both get disconnected at the same time. then I went to the online site and connected the user again. Ok, this worked.

Online user is connected and local user is disconnected.

But, I will have to do this every time?
Or can I disconnect the local user by simple “touching” the database?
