Set default values when creating a new Appointable product

Is it possible to change the default values when switching a product to a bookable product (eg. duration 2hrs, interval 30 mins, padding time 15 mins, lead time 3 days, and scheduling window 2 months)?
Now I have to set these values manually every time I create a new product – would be extremely helpful. Within the plugin they must be defined somewhere, why not make them editable? :-)
