Issue #997 RESOLVED BUT NOT RESOLVED

Hello, thank you for rereading my question and considering this problem that causes a brake for my customers and prevents them from buying the update of this plugin.
Should I direct them to your competitors?

“It is not possible to create a new appointment without a start date.”

Yes it is possible,
you just have to make the link of your module appear with some css.
You just have to create a slight override in the module to give this function to our customers.
This link is just hidden, so it is provided in the module and we just have to activate it if needed...

“You either have to do it via the code or manually modify an existing appointment.”

No, that wasn't my question.

“I tried to edit an appointment with a date of 01/01/1970 and the end date was automatically changed to the same date. So no idea how you do this.”

No, that was not my question.

So by giving the possibility to create an appointment without setting a date.
Do you want to know why this function is used?
The start date is set to 1970-01-01
The end date is set to 3599-10-03
(which corresponds to a timestamp value of 0).

Why, or how to make to have the same date 1970-01-01 in beginning and end so that this appointment does not fill all the agenda?

The interest? is to be able to buy a ticket without a date and then choose a date later in your account.

Thanks

Your forum is reserved for buyers of your module, my client's module is old... So no more account with you.

I want my client to buy your new module but only if you have a solution to his date problem... If not, tell me and I will switch to a purchase at bookly. Frankly it is a simple modification to offer in your module and that will interest all your customers and future customers...
I submit a blocking that can improve your sales, I hope you would be open and positive.
