Send the action after de-focusing the text view. This means that any KVO notifications will have taken place before the action method runs, which means that it will have the benefit of any model object changes that it may need.

Added error-handling for the translation result. Now, if Google doesn't like our inputs, we show an error message; before, we would simply blink with an exception.

TranslationLauncher now releases the TranslationController when the latter's window closes. This means that you can now close the window and then invoke a service, and the window will come back (under a new TranslationController).

Added a method named +defaultDestinationLanguage, which returns the TranslationLanguage for the language that the user prefers most. If there's no such TranslationLanguage, it returns English.

Changed TranslationLauncher to use a timer instead of delayed-perform to quit after one minute, and added an API to it to reset or disable the timer.
