Make native flag the default. Since the currently shipping GHCs will not work with double-conversion when using GHCi or Template Haskell, we should have a default setting that does not break common use cases. When a new GHC is released which avoids these bugs, we can conditionally set the default back to non-native.

Update the README with pointers to the double-conversion workaround.

Add a "-fnative" option to build with native double conversion code. This is slower than the double-conversion package by a factor of 10, but it doesn't have double-conversion's problems with GHCi.

Bump version. The API remains the same, but I'm doing a big bump to reflect both the changed dependency and the improved performance.

Use double-conversion for rendering Double values. This has a knock-on effect of improving aeson's encoding performance for Double values by a factor of 10. Nice!

Initial commit. Basically a straight drop of aeson code.
