About django-lingua

Hello,

Thanks to you I discovered django-lingua and wanted to check it.

I came with a new updated version of the package that you can find here: https://github.com/GuillaumeCisco/django-lingua

It works without database, only using one simple django command and uses .po files. Also translations can be directly updated from the admin site, without using the database, but only po and mo files :)

I'd love to have a double check on this updated code.
