GroundTruth / ChangeLog.txt

- BUGFIX: better support for 0.6 OSM API
	- GT can now load OSM XML files which contain multiple versions of the same OSM object
	- all generated OSM objects now have versions
	- the OSM files should now be loadable (at least) in JOSM
- GT now generates zipped OSM files by default

- BUGFIX: GT now uses its own temporary file naming to avoid problems with generating too many
temp files in the user's home Temp directory

- BUGFIX: lat/lon were switched for generated OSM files.... ooops
- BUGFIX: the app. will now not fall apart if the user specifies an area which is not covered by (SRTM) DEM data
- the application now uses "neutral" (U.S.) culture for displaying console messages (no more decimal commas)
- Flee library is no longer used

- a workaround for missing contour tiles problem

- coastline rendering improved
- map background color support
- added "extimeout" option
- using newer versions of Brejc* libraries
- added SrtmServerUrl application setting to be able to switch to NASA's new URLs easily
- added DemSources application setting for the future support of various DEM sources
- temporary files generated by "contours" command are now deleted
- added "-nocut" option
- OSM XML files are now generated with "0.6" version marked
- GroundTruth now uses a new version of Brejc.DemLibrary which now supports downloading of SRTM data from
	the new NASA server
- added "ibf2osm" command
- "contours" command has two new parameters: gridlat and gridlon
- switched to OSMXAPI version 0.6

- BUGFIX: latitudes/longitudes near zero were incorrectly written into .MP files
- added contours support
- some new command-line options
- added the "-nocgp" option to just generate the polish files, without using cgpsmapper

use "-osmfile" multiple times (together with "-mapname" option for each of these OSM files)
- GT now generates registry file for deleting the map from MapSource
- BUGFIX: GT now requires that each OSM file has its own map name.
- BUGFIX: the type IDs are now always written as hexadecimal values
- BUGFIX: problems with OSM objects which are used by more than one relation
- BUGFIX: "DummyPath.img" is now always looked for in the GroundTruth's directory, not the current one
- BUGFIX: spaces in OSM tag values are now supported for rule selectors
- BUGFIX: the ID of TYP types were generated incorrectly, which caused map generation to fail sometimes
- GroundTruth now handles multipolygon relations with holes
- finished implementing support for relations
- added "$value" special symbol
- solved problems with huge black line borders on maps that appeared in cgpsmapper v97d
- duplicate character conversion table entries are now ignored if the mapping is exactly the same
- added $uppercase special symbol for labels
- BUGFIX: if files were stored in the path which contained spaces (example: "C:\Program Files\cGPSmapper"), the map generation failed
- fixed problems with mangled labels for lines - they are now always displayed in uppercase, since most Garmin units cannot display mixed case line labels
