There are very little information about how your app behaves when you migrate instances

If you migrate from Jira software server to Jira software cloud. What will happen with the data That "Status Color for Jira" has created on the server? Is it just going to be ignored or can it give us problem in the cloud instance?

There are differences in how to migrate, site or by migration tool. Is there any problems that can occur in using either of the two ways to migrate?

In which colors are the statuses going to be showed in the Cloud instance when your app does not handle them any more?

Hi, currently we do not have these featutes possible to be implmented in the Cloud the way they work on premise.

We are constantly following Cloud possibilities and when this is going to be possible then definitelly we will look forward into it.
