broken email title

All email titles about blocking/unblocking etc. are broken and look smth like this:

stash.notification.email.pullrequest.title[%PROJECT_NAME%, %REPO_NAME%, 1201, %PR_TITLE%]

Hi, We just upgraded from Stash 3.10.2 to Bitbucket 4.5.1. We upgraded all our plugins and I'm getting the same issue (wrong email title):

Subject: stash.notification.email.pullrequest.title[COMMONS, forgerock-commons, 29, RAPID-32 Compute API Descriptor for subpaths]
