Pending transaction only displays 1 tx at time which is the last tx per address

when placing a buy or sell order, pending transactions that appear in pending table only displays one pending transaction at a time and the tx that is displayed is the last transaction made on the address/account.

duplicate by creating two sell transactions within a second of each other to ensure both are actually unconfirmed at the same time (testnet)
